"Who's going to rescue these kids?" That question is the beginning of a journey which takes us to a dead-end street warehouse in the small town of Franklin, Tennessee, and the picture of a weeping man sunk to the floor. That man is Michael W Smith and the sound colliding in his ears, on that very first night of Rocketown, was the frenzied traffic of 700 kids, the theme music of ‘2001: A Space Odyssey’, and the beat of his own racing heart.

Halfway Through Yet Another Year Of Chart Life

Sometimes music videos tell stories. This video tells the story of a band's journey to get our own hands dirty. Someone once defined the role of an artist as the act of looking at the world and describing it...not just as the world is... but also as it should be.



There is only so much looking and describing a band can do when faced with injustices, and tragedies... and also the heroic stories of those who rise above their fears and overcome insurmountable obstacles. Two Hands is a song about overcoming our own fears and finding reasons to care about others even when we don't feel equipped to do so.

This video shows our work in Africa with Blood:Water Mission. We hope it inspires you, and allows you to dream about how you can use your two hands to love and serve those around you. Will God send another great awakening? There are over 10,000 conferences that happen every year. The 'Revival Conference' is not to be just another conference but a honest, sincere, earnest plea for the desperate need of revival.

There is no cost to attend the event. No materials will be sold. There will be no big bands.

The conference will have the chief object to be God-glorifying. The speakers will come on their own accord trusting God for provision. There will be no emphasis on money during the event. The event will be a simple, apostolic, yearning for a genuine biblical revival in our day. The conference is hosted by the ministry of sermonindex.net and is a inter-denominational event.

Responding to the news that Gordon Brown is set to announce plans for changing the voting system, Malcolm Clark (Director of Make Votes Count) commented: “We welcome Brown’s recognition that First-Past-the-Post is no way to elect MPs in the 21st Century. After the expenses scandal, it is clearer than ever that we need an end to safe seats and jobs for life for MPs.”

“The system that Brown is apparently proposing – the Alternative Vote – will increase the choice for voters at the ballot box. But it does not go far enough. It will not give us a more representative parliament, reflecting the diversity of people and plurality of views across the country.”
