1. We do not air advertisements which promote smoking, alcohol, gambling, nightclubs or anything that might be deemed by the station management to be contrary to the aims and Christian Ethos of 102.4 Shine FM.

1.2 There is to be no immoral behavior or obscene language in any adverts. Advertising should be free of suggestive innuendos and contentious or controversial material, i.e.the spirit and essence of the 102.4 Shine FM Aims should not be violated by any advertising material.

2. Advertising should not be discriminatory in terms of gender, marital status, race, disability, colour, religion, age, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnic or national origin.

3. Advertising should not be contrary to 102.4 Shine FM's Aims.

4. No free advertising of political parties will be accepted.

5. The stipulated advertising rates as set by management should be strictly adhered to. Concessions may be granted for extra advertising, rather than discounts given.

6. Adverts for church groups and Christian associations are accepted where agreed upon by management. They are eligible for a stipulated discount.

7. Free Advertising, at designated times may be granted to organizations and community events where the Banbridge community stand to benefit in some positive way from such advertising.

8. The Station manager has the right to accept or reject any advertising where consultation with the Board of Management is not immediately possible.

9. No advertising will be broadcast on Sundays. The only exception in this regard is for the promotion of free Christian events and will take the form of free advertising.

10. All Adverts created by 102.4 Shine FM remain the property of the station and will be subject to copyright.
